With our subscription, you can choose the cadence that fits your life. You can select the best delivery schedule that suits you or your recipient — bi-weekly, monthly, or special occasions.  You’ll select your delivery window at checkout, and we’ll email details the week of your order. Whether you prefer flowers once a month or something in between, we’ve got you covered!

At Creative Essence our Rooted in Bloom subscription is designed for simplicity and convenience, allowing you to enjoy fresh flowers regularly. Here’s how it works: select the plan that suits your needs and budget, place your order, and choose your preferred delivery date. After setting up your subscription, our floral designers will craft a unique floral arrangement based on your chosen plan. These beautiful blooms will be delivered to your door on your specified date, bringing the modern and lush design to your home. Our floral subscription offers flexibility — you can skip a month if you're away, pause your membership if you're busy, or cancel anytime.

You can cancel your subscription at any time after your first order. For month-to-month plans, you can cancel anytime before your next billing date; we recommend doing so at least three days prior so we don’t begin prepping your stems. Prepaid plans (3/6/12 months) are discounted and non-refundable, but you may pause, skip, or gift any remaining deliveries. Simply do this online through your subscription management dashboard or by contacting our customer support team.

Yes. Pausing or skipping is quick and self-serve via your “Manage Subscription” link, or you can email us for help. Please make changes at least 48 hours before your preparation window; updates made inside that window may apply to the following cycle.

Not always. We keep delivery and shipping rates transparent and based on your location and delivery method so your flowers arrive protected and fresh. From time to time we offer promotional perks (like early-access savings), and some areas may qualify for reduced local delivery. Your exact fee—if any—will be shown at checkout before you confirm. If extreme weather could affect freshness, we may adjust timing to safeguard your blooms.

Each delivery includes a curated note card and protective, recyclable packaging; vases are not included by design so you can style your way.
